    Up Dose???

    Stupid question...but I havent grown scale wise in 2 weeks even know...up from 150 to 165 over 3 weeks.....but HRT for the past 6 months of about 250mg week.....I just tossed in eq 2 weeks at 400mg and or shitz in giggles, upping for 4 weeks to 5oomg, do I need to up my cals too......I'm still light, but I'm getting stronger every damn day and it's been on my own and its great...even if I do eovertrain.....everdyday, weights get beat....question......2 hours is a miniumum or max but ntmally I eat when im hungry....if I got 500mg do I neeed to up the cals for it to still work...thus far, I've stay pretty cut......would like to remain that way.........Do you think it's training in the am after meal #1,??? I moved that from later in the day so I feel like a sack of shit the rest of the day for just loungin around being a bumb, but Im getting stronger..

    All your going to get out of the eq is shits and giggles if you dont eat. Any gains you make will be lost in pct because of the same reason.

    humans were not meant to stay in the single digit bodyfat.. we are suppose to stay around 12-18% that way IN TIMES OF NEED you have something to live off of...

    That is him, he looks emaciated. I believe he's like 6'2" 150lbs, but recently started using gear and is now 165lbs.

    Why is it that you cannot figure out the most simple of mathematical equations:

    Eat More + Lift Weights = Gain Weight

    I'll throw a few more at you for fun:

    Eat Less + Juice More = Gain no weight

    Eat Less + Post all day about eating more = Gain no weight

    Asking the same thing 7 million times + being Manorexic = Gain no weight

    They sure would. But the funny thing is, even over there in Africa those guys know if they had more to eat, they'd be bigger.

    It's not rocket science. I even wrote out some nice equations to help our more mentally challenged members.

    However I have not studied on how to communicate with those who have OCD.

    Food is the key to growth, steroids help, but they need the proper nutrients to speed up your natural muscle building process. Food, not steroids, is the only way to grow. You should read some on proper nutrition for your goals.

    Lets not forget that he hasn't cheated in 7 years (that's his personal claim as of 5:15PM CST today). But yet, he posts this on an external website on July 3rd:
