    1st cycle!

    STATS
    27 yrs
    200 lbs
    12% bf
    5'11''
    Been lifting off and on for 10 years, solid knowledge base.

    DIET (bulking) @ 4500 cals
    50% protein @ 500g
    30% carbs @ 400g
    20% fats @ 140g

    CARDIO
    3 x wk. @ 20min (Hight intensity)

    WORKOUT
    Got a good program 2 day split, but think I may do it 6 days on, 1 off.

    GEAR (got today!)
    Test E 250 @ 250mg twice/wk
    Decca 300 @ 200mg twice/wk

    PCT
    Clomid from 300mg down 50mg by week 3.

    QUESTIONS
    Is it better to do a 2 day split program or grind out while im on the cycle at 6 days/wk?

    Should I front load this cycle to kickstart it? Secondly, should i enject 1 or 2 weekly?

    Is it critical to use Nolvadex through out the cycle?

    You need to get the UGL names out of the post. The pics are revealing them buddy.

    I always inject twice a week.

    I never use nolva but it's individual dependant.

    Post pics of the gear in pictures forum for more help.

    Is this true, I'm only asking because I've seen thousands of posts with the pictured gear on them, i.e., The Pictures of Legit Steroid Forum.

    Correct me if I'm wrong.

    They say we are supposed to keep UGL names off this forum but we can post them in the pics forum. I don't understand why, but that's how it's supposed to be.

    I have never heard of that lab but that doesn't mean anything. There are TONS of Ugl's out there so just because I haven't heard of them doesn't mean anything. I would post those pics in the steroid pictures forum to get a solid answer.

    I have the pics in the pic forum but they were posted 5 hours ago and still no comment so I thought i would include them in this post as well. Yeah it is alittle strange how AR has it arranged, but whatever.

    there is a legit lab in FL with that name. Doesnt mean someone couldnt make the same labels and do a UGL

    If you are hear long enough and have established a good rep, you could ask the Vets or Hall of Famers for a Source Check. It basically means if you have a question about a source you can PM them to verify if they're legit and see their reputation.

    It's individual dependant, What works for me may not work for you. I would just experiment and see what works best for you. You have to really listen to your body and see what works best for you.

    PCT looks a little weak to me for running a 19nor compound. Why not look in the educational thread and give Anthony Robert's PCT protocol a try, it's supposed to be very effective. If not, I'd run some nolva at least as clomid is less effective and has harsher sides. Either way, good luck on the cycle.

    Thanks Ill look into Robert's PCT. I ordered both Clom and Nolva so I get a chance to try both out.
