I ordered a case of lean beef aminos from a supplement company and they screwed up and sent me a case of orange flaovored liquid L-Carnitine. They told me to keep it so now I've got a dozen 16oz. bottles of the stuff. It's 500mg per tbsp. That's alot of f'in carnitine. I've never used it so what do you guys recommend. The recommended dosage is 500mg before your workout but I've read some guys taking 3 grams.
