Nolvedex for Figure Girls

I'm strongly looking into placing my figure competitor on Nolvedex for the four weeks leading up to her comp. We're looking to dry her out a bit and maybe shed a little extra bodyfat. I think that lowering her estrogen via nolva would help here and I know that other figure competitors use it. Also, she wants to avoid using any anabolics which is why I'm opting for the nolva.

I would appreciate advice as far as dosage and the specific protocall to put her on. As always, please don't respond if you are a dumbass.

Nolva doesn't reduce estrogen levels...

All it does is compete with estrogen at certain receptor sites in the human body (breast tissue) and blocks estrogen from binding there.

I think you're mistaken about what nolva actually does. For your purpose, I think you'd want to look into an aromatase inhibitor instead.

The effects in women that are benificial include elinimination of water retention, fat in the lower body, and ovulation. It also inhibits women from getting their period. The only thing that concerns me about nolvadex in women vs men is depriving the breast tissue of estrogen. That is what it is desined to do because breast cancer is breast tissue, take away the estrogen it doesn't grow. Does nolvadex influence shape, size, and firmness of female breasts? I don't know, but everything else sounds good.

No you are right, it just competes with estrogen having an effect similiar to lowering estrogen. The additiional problem with an AI is that it will be worse for bone density, higher instance of breaking bones.

Thanks for all the input so far. Yeah, my knowledge of nolva is pretty minimul. I just know of the one local figure pro who uses it pre comp and says it helps eliminate bodyfat in the torso region and cuts water (basically what Krator seemed to say).

An AI would not lower estrogen in a woman. Very very little estrogen in women is produced from aromatization.

It's my understanding that estradiol and estrone are both produced and secreted by the ovaries, although estrone is also made in the adrenal glands and other organs. An AI will inhibit aromatization of testosterone into estrogen but since estrogen in woman is not produced (except in very small amounts) from aromatization then an AI is ineffective in estrogen prevention.

Nothing proposed in this thread would be of value for her purposes, this should not be addressed hormonally. There’s nothing within Nolva's contemporary literature (regarding woment) that even alludes to the aforementioned:

You/she needs a paradigm shift...try focusing more on diet (sodium & sugar), or look into ECA/Clen.
