    Couple of questions

    ok i have just finished my second cycle and i am getting mad first cycle i had dbol sus deca second one i had tren deca and cypinate now here is the problem it has been 6 weeks from the last injection and i am losin everything i am 31 i was 177 with %20 BF went up to 195 with same BF after 6 weeks i am down to 182 i have lost some BF but no more than 4 lbs so why am i melting down i had a good pct nova clomid and 500ius of hcg everyday i dont understand why i cant keep my gianss my balls return to normal i F* 3 times a week so what is the problem?

    here is a second question natural body building competetions require you to be steroid free for a year to join is this because everybody will lose everything that they got from steroids in a year?

    last question to go over 210 lbs with about 12% BF one has to do juice non stop or it is doable with cycles such as 10week on 10 week off ?

    1) I would question your diet and pct. Post your diet including macros and your pct for review. The fact that your bf% is that high, causes me to think that that might be an issue.
    2) No. With a proper routine including diet, rest, and training you should be able to maintain your gains unless you have passed your genetic limit. You'd be impressed by how much mass you can maintain natty.
    3) Once again, this depends on the quality of your routine and genetics.

    ok the workout routine is perfect as a matter of fact i am an exercise science so i know the workout is good now as far as the diet i dont know how that would make me lose the gain the only thing that i can come up with is my pct not been good. tren shuts down the system very hard and regular pct doesnt cut it this is my pct
    nolva 10mg to 20 mg depending on the need for 30 days
    clomid 300 mg first day
    150mg for 10 days
    100mg for 10 days
    50mg for 10 days
    HCG 500 ius a day for 30 days

    i think i have to run hcg for the entire off cycle for 8 weeks rather than 4 weeks because i can have sex right now but the desire is not there i mean it functions but i have to push myself to do it

    if anyone can explain how or why diet would hinder my pct please do so
    i kept about 2500kcal with minimum 100g of protien very low fat and multi vitamins everyday so let me know

    ohh sorry i am 5'8" and now 182 so i dont think i reach my max yet so hopefuly we can figure out why

    your pct and diet are f-ed
    If you run Hcg throught pct, your pct is null and void
    I vote no on anyone having a genetic limit under 200lbs. 2500 cals is like anorexic for someone looking to gain mass

    I agree. The problem is that you are not eating enough. When coming off of steroids the body is in a catabolic state, high levels of cortisol and low levels of test. I try to eat as much as I can while on cycle and eat even more while doing pct.

    This is the biggest nonsense I have read in long time. Diet is everything, both for making gains and maintaining them.

    Need to eat more food. Im not even taking steroids and im eating close to 4000cal, 300pro and 400 carbs a day.

    yah days you work out at with your stats you need atleast 3500 cals a day just to maintain
