Guys.

Im wondering what supplements are best to take when on/off cycle to maintain maximum benefit.

I am thinking of taking the following in my daily plan

Protein
creatine
hmb
NO SHOTGUN
zma (use only for pct)???
bcaa
Multi vitamins

Is there anything else I should consider taking (besides a second job to pay for it all) to complement any of them or to maximise training etc. I have thought about myogenx for pct also. Just wondering what everyone else thinks about the plan and your experiences. Thanks guys
