A friend got this :

_Deca-Durabolin : 5 vials of 2 ml = 10 ml (100mg/ml)
_Sustanon : 10 vials of 1 ml = 10 ml (250mg/ml)
_Boldebal-H : 1 vial of 10 ml = 10 ml (50mg/ml)

It's its 1st cycle, he trained since 3 years, he's 19 :s
I want him to do it well so how would you take this ?

His dealer told him to do it during 8 weeks :

1st week : 1ml susta + 1ml deca + 1ml bolde
2nd week : 1ml susta + 1ml deca + 1ml bolde
3rd week : 1ml susta + 1ml deca + 1ml bolde
4th week : 1ml susta + 1ml deca + 2ml bolde
5th week : 2ml susta + 2ml deca + 2ml bolde
6th week : 2ml susta + 2ml deca + 1ml bolde
7th week : 1ml susta + 1ml deca + 1ml bolde
8th week : 1ml susta + 1ml deca + 1ml bolde

What do you think ??

Also, when do you take the gear: what time ? before or after training ?
and what day ? all the same day ?

And for the PCT, what does he need ? nolva/clomid and HCG needed ?
