Well I'm doing my first comp. this coming April and I'd figure Id start a log to help keep me motivated.
Ill start my cycle this coming monday:
wks 1-12 test e 600mg/wk frontloaded
wks 1-10 Npp 400mg/wk
wks 1-5 dbol 30mg/day
sitting at 190 lbs 6'1" and about 12%bf
Supplements: MultiVitamin, BCAAs, Glutamine, Milk Thistle, Flax Seed Oil
Im intaking about 3200 cleans cals a day and just started working out with a former bodybuilder.
