first glute injection

did my first shot in my right glute tonight. no pain so far. but will see how i feel in the am. the anxiety was far worse then the pain going in.

The anxiety will go away or at least not be an issues as you get more comportable and knowledgable about taking your shots.

Did you do it yourself, if so my hat if off to you for it being your first time. Assuming it was your first time ever.

But Delts & Quads = money!

this is not my first cycle but it is the first time trying test enth. the other was with t400 and it sucked i limped for about 4 days. so i am hoping this one will not be as bad. delts are not to bad just sucks trying to use your arm for a day or so. never did quads too much stuff around the area for me.

oh and yes i did the injection myself. i could barely reach the pin with my other hand to aspirate. guess i am not as flexible as i used to be haha.
