    Sperm count while on trt

How do you guys on trt keep a decent sperm count while taking test? I'd like to blow a @#$% all over her face more than once a night, but since I've started trt I've got one good shot and then its like pulling a tooth to get another nut

sperm count has nothing to do with how much you ejaculate

Not true. Testes account for 2-5% of semen content Approximately 200- to 500-million spermatozoa (also called sperm or spermatozoans), produced in the testes, are released per ejaculation. 65-75% of the volume of semen is from the seminal vesicle which consist of amino acids, citrate, enzymes, flavins, fructose (the main energy source of sperm cells, which rely entirely on sugars from the seminal plasma for energy), phosphorylcholine, prostaglandins (involved in suppressing an immune response by the female against the foreign semen), proteins, vitamin C. The prostrate accounts for 25-30% acid phosphatase, citric acid, fibrinolysin, prostate specific antigen, proteolytic enzymes, zinc (serves to help to stabilize the DNA-containing chromatin in the sperm cells. A zinc deficiency may result in lowered fertility because of increased sperm fragility. Zinc deficiency can also adversely affect spermatogenesis.) The remaining volume of < 1% is from the bulbourethral glands which contian galactose, mucus (serve to increase the mobility of sperm cells in the vagina and cervix by creating a less viscous channel for the sperm cells to swim through, and preventing their diffusion out of the semen. Contributes to the cohesive jelly-like texture of semen.), pre-ejaculate, sialic acid

nice, always wondered how the volume was so high wen the balls were so small

In interesting note is the Zinc, zinc (serves to help to stabilize the DNA-containing chromatin in the sperm cells. A zinc deficiency may result in lowered fertility because of increased sperm fragility. Zinc deficiency can also adversely affect spermatogenesis). Oysters are often used as an Aphrodisiac, the reason is because oysters contian zinc. Just some useless info for you.

Sperm production is set in motion by FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) released from the pituitary. Because the HPTA (hypothalmus, pituitary, testicular axis?) system is a negative feedback loop, when you introduce exogenous test to your system (even in comparitively small doses) you stop released FSH and LH (luteinizing hormone) because your body "thinks" you do not need any. I would suggest adding something to your system that gets the pituitary going; perhaps try tribulus (not sure about the affect on FSH, but it reportedly increases LH), Longfolia Jack (same as trib reportedly) or perhaps some Nolva (which, in addition blocking estrogen uptake also stimulates the HPTA. I have heard from bros on this site that clomid makes for some big loads (not sure why this would be) and technically a drug like dostinex (cabergnol) should reduce the refractory period (down time between orgasms) because it reduces prolactin which as I recall is associated with the refractory period (and reduced test levels).

My understanding of TRT is that it can make you sterile while on treatment due to the natural shutdown that occurs with expenous test. That said, there are several bros on this site that will tell you they got their girl's pregnant while on cycle.

Might be the same reason you are on TRT. Low Test levels can be associated with the same issues that cause infertility. But, as mentioned above, sperm count and load size / frequency are not really related as sperm makes up very little of ejaculate volume.

Good luck bro and let us know what works for you...

39 years old here and been on TRT for about 7 or 8 months. I have no problem rubbing one out and can even bust out 2 or 3 more times easy. I just think about a naked chick and my cock starts to bounce....
    Good luck,
    CR
