I know the normal does it .5mg E3D but would taking 1mg E3D be really bad for me? I just want to make sure I dont develop progestin related gyno.

Although the 1mg E3D is higher dose than normal, thats not on in the insane side, so do you think I would be ok as far as Heart related side effects go?

Under doctor supervision, Dostinex is typically, initially dosed at .5mg/2x/wk. Depending on serum prolactin levels, the doctor may increase a patient's dose to 1mg/2x/wk. So I would suspect that you would be ok if you were to dose it at 1mg/e3d. I would start with the lower dose first and then see how you react from thereafter.

I often see preventive dosing at .5 E4D, as in:

I don't see any reason to double the dosage, and decrease the interval unless you're actually combatting existing Gyno. It's best to stick with prescribed preventive dosing IMO.

I use caber @ 250 mcg 2x per week
