20 yrs old, currently 192 lbs, 6'0.

Goal is to cut up some bodyfat while adding lean muscle.

Body fat=14%

This is a basicly what i eat everyday, this wat i ate yesterday.

Each meal was eaten 3 hrs apart from eachother, Besides the protein and oats which is what i take pwo and have my meal 1 hr after.
