I wouldn't give that to an 18 yar old and I don't think it works well on puberty gyno. Best to check with a doctor. GL

still too young and still got time to grow.....kfrost is right, the doc will be able to guide you better than steroids, which could end up screwing you up way worse in the end than doing any good now

Not recommended, you dont know whats happening, unless hes just done a steroid cycle I wouldnt. He needs blood tests for prolactin, E2, test, and perhaps surgery or drug therapy...
