im 195.. planning on cutting to about 175-185... im fairly lean, but have been bulking for like two years of my life lol so its time to cut. i want a really strict diet for maximum results. i wanna be shredded to the max. never dieted before tho so i dont know if im doing it right.

morning wake up and do about 30-45 min of medium cardio

meal 1:breafast 2 packs of oatmeal and protien shake

meal 2: 2 chicken breasts and potatoes

meal 3 :2 chicken breasts and potatoes

WORK OUT

meal 4: 2 chicken breasts and carrots and brocli

meal 5: if hungry at night repeat the last meal or ill just eat raw vegis
