    Need some advice

    I am going to start a d-bol only progam. I know alot of you are going to flame me and say no but I want to experiment. I am considering 30mg a day for 6 weeks. What I need to know is what kind of PCT should I run and when should I start it. I have heard Nolva is probably the best choice but want to get some advice from the members. I purchased the AS research guide about 5 months ago and have been researching since then. I do have access to Test and was also thinking about running that along the d-bol, any suggestions? I'm 6'0 190lbs and have been at a plateau for a bit. Any advice is appreciated cause I don't want to f*** up.

    Age? bf% goals? 6' at 190 is pretty light, you should probably check out the diet forum before you decide to plunge into aas use. Um yes of course you should run test with your dbol, dbol only cycles are junk, you need test for libido purposes and for an additional boost, orals are infamous for water gains, (winny being an exception of course)

    Theres an entire pct forum with tons of different pcts layed out for you along with doseages, why not look there?

    My advice is dont start anything. I know you probably are thinking why should I listen to this guy. But seriously, the same thing happens way too often. Some guy signs up to this website, then after 6 posts, thinks he knows it all and wants to start his own D-Bol only oral cycle, which he most likely orders from roid store, without any clue what to do for PCT. The point is, this stuff isnt something you can just do, you need to do months of research at the least. You will harm yourself, you will get underdosed products, you will not know what your doing, you may even get arrested. Just hang on the forum and learn before you start a cycle. At least explain why you want to do a D-Bol only cycle. Have you not read any of the stickies on this board or searched for posts about doing that?

    190 isnt that light, but it really depends on if he really has plateu'd or he simply needs to learn more about body building, eat more calories, take more suppliments, and push weight with better form. I did start doing gear when I was lighter than that, and it may have not been the best idea, but I felt I had reached the highest weight I could gain in practice without devoting my whole life to the gym and quitting work...

    WHY do people assume they know what someones build is by their height and weight? Someone could be fairly big at 6'0 190 lbs if tthey are lean and have a small bone structure. Im 5'8 185 lbs and ripped, I also have a small bone structure. When I started working out I weighed 135 lbs. So, I think gaining 50 lbs of muscle mass would be considered pretty big by most peoples standards.

    I'm 26 yrs old with around 10% bf. My goal is to gain another 10-12 lbs of solid muscle. I do supplements and eat a crap load during the day. I also take in over 250 gm of protein daily along with a balanced diet of carbs. I used to do alot of cardio in the form of running but have cut that back in hopes of gaining some size instead of buring the calories. Although I don't have alot of posts I have been lurking here and trying to learn as much as I can. I have a solid source so no worries for me there. As far as a d-bol only, I know most people say its a waste because you don't keep all of the gains but there is the other side that says d-bol only wasn't a complete waste of time.

    It isnt a good idea to do a dbol only cycle. Besides that, you need to be more concerned with PCT, as it will be dictating how much of your gains you actually keep. Like i said before, dbol only is just going to make you heavy with water weight.

    just to put it into perspective for you.. 8lbs of muscle is bout right for someone to gain natty in a year assuming they been lifting for a proper amount of time... honestly im curious to see your macros if ur only taking in 250g Pro.
    wats to say you cant keep all your gains? it does cause some water retention but for the most part that seems to be overally exagerated from when i have experienced personally as well as what many others i KNOW personally.

    When, as in the clause above, the presence of the word "complete" is the only thing that salvages reason one should really consider what was said.

    In other words, why would you want to involve yourself in something that is potentially flawed, rather going the proper route?

    Why would you want to run just d-bol if you can get test? Theres better ways to approach an oral only cycle...

    I don't have a problem with needles at all. If I scrap the d-bol only and do the test enth, what else should I run as a cycle? I have talked to a few people and they say run test only at about 500 mgs/wk for approx 10-12 weeks. Also as far as the shutting down of your bodys own hormone system what should I run with the test during or after the cycle and for how long? Letro?

    Dbol + Test would make for a great first cycle...

    You're on the right track... just keep reading. Hold off on putting the drugs into your body until you research more.

    You're right about the test dosage. The dbol should be run the first 4 weeks with the test to kick off your cycle.

    Something like this:

    Week 1-4 Dbol 30mg ed
    week 1-12 500mg Test EW

    After your cycle is done you will need to start a PCT regimen to bring your hormone levels back to normal.
