    What would you do?

    I used to work out on the regular. Then i went on vacation for two months and i havent worked out since. I gained about 10-15 pounds on my trip.
    I have a some dbol test deca and whinny i wanna use as my cycle. Should i wait a few months before or is it cool to just jump on it right away....I'm thinkin to wait a bit till i shed some of this b/f off. Im 24 6'0 199lbs. What would you do?

    I'd hold off, get yourself back in the swing of things. Probably 3 months or so then start your cycle.

    199.65lbs!!! Just thought it was funny that you said 199 instead of 200lbs!!! Sorry Im really tired!!

    ull get it back quite quickly through muscle memory,save the gear for later

    yeah man id cut first. read up on cycleing carbs for priming for a cycle. Plus your joints and whatnot are out of shape too. I wouldnt want that extra stress on them right now.

    cool....thanks for your opinion guys!! Yea i think ill hold it off till dec or jan.... we'll see how it goes.

    You could try cutting some weight with a quick clen cycle. A couple months of clen would get your weight back on track.
