I hate most types of nuts. Even tried pine nuts, Hate Em'.
I like peanuts. What about unsalted peanuts in the shell. How will that affect my cutting diet if used for a snack with a protein shake?

peanuts are fine. Great source of EFA's
i think the biggest thing with peanuts from the shell is portion control.u need to know how much u r eating so they fit into ur macros for the day, i eat peanut butter every day
Great info! Thanks, I will calculate the macros per serving and incorporate. I did notice the carbs per serving are much less that peanut butter.
(I am carb depleating for 4 days)
