benadryl or any other antihistamine on clen?

Im in week 2 of a cleen cycle and i wanted to know if i absolutely had to take benadryl in week 3 or any other antihistamine would do such as reactine?

they should, but if not "Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride" is the ingredient and it can be found in many other otc meds such as sleeping aids and motion-sickness meds. Same ingredients, just different product names.

Good luck with the clen. It works great, I usually just go two weeks on and 2 weeks off, that way I don't have to worry about anything else. But i have used benedryl before and I do notice a difference in how I feel.

benadryl is garbage ive tried it on a few clen cycle and i still feel that around day 12 clen is ineffective. i just go 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and never have a problem plus its a nice little break from it. try ketotifen i might give it a try next time around
