When i go heavy on the weights i seem to have some troublesome joint problems such as my shoulders and elbows. When i did my first cycle of deca it completeley eliminated all joint pain primarily of course because of the upload of water into the the actual joint, providing much smoother operation. I am about to begin a bulking cycle and i would like to supplement small amounts of deca every week just to help me with my joint pain. Any recomendations as to dosage for this particular situation?? I'm thinkng maybe 100-175mg per week...sound good??
