I wish you could see my schedule, it would be easy to say f*ck it and not go to the gym. BUt I drag my sorry ass there at 4 in the morning sometimes just to get a workout in. I find it difficult to believe that you can only get to the gym 2 days a week. Sounds like a choice to me. And then trying to compensate for it by taking supps, which will do nothing for you that a good clean diet, well thought out workouts, and dedication will do. Take a step back and re-evaluate bro. If it is important to you then make it important. Good Luck-Erwin

I really hope that the above was a serious question and that you plan to offer some constructive advice...

Drummerboy... it looks as thought you are very new to weight lifting, and need to do some serious reading. Although 2 days in the gym is not going to be enough, I can relate to how hard it is to make time for certain things with school and what not going on, but you can however do a DECENT 3 day split that can accomodate all of your muscle groups. Try searching "Ironmans HIT," thats a workout with a good 3 day split in it.

Since most users dont even know how to use the 'Search' function on the site, I'll link you to the threads that you need to read first.. READ THEM!!! and then get back to us once you have evaluated your actual diet and your actual style of lifting. I think you will find that there is a much better way to do them, and that you can probably achieve a lot of your goals through a much better diet, and going to the gym at least 3 days a week. But honestly, please realise that at this stage of the game, steroids are not for you. I do understand that a lot of people who are just getting into the lifestyle feel like they need "something" to take, and if that is the case, the best supplements you can take are Creatine and NO2, they will make a difference. The most important thing to remember is that you do not grow in the gym, and how much weight in food you put down during the time you are not in the gym, will affect the kind of weight you put up in the gym.

yes it was serious, i dont see how anyone without an eating disorder of some kind could be 125 pounds.

constructive advice? following suit with what everyone else said. there is no replacement for proper diet and training. the stickies in the diet thread are more than helpful enough to establish some kind of bulking diet.

diet dictates 85% of gains, formulate a good diet and train as hard as you can for several years until you form a solid muscle base.

there is nothing else you can do other than that.
