My great uncle was actually one of the guys who originally wrote the software that picks up on threats via phones. I remember him saying it is not activated unless you say something like "im going to kill so and so" for example, they only pick up key words such as those.

it's more advanced than that, there is a weighted scale of words that are used that get you a field visit from the CIA/Homeland Security
