ready to start this cycle, little help needed

this is my second cycle
6'5" 215, 8-9% bf

I'm going all TT on this one, mainly due to availability.
SO:
TT Enantate 250---------500/wk paid: ($17/10ml)
TT Stanol V 100---------350/wk ($130/20ml)
TT EQ 200---------400/wk ($43/10ml)
(clomid)
Three questions:
I've decided to shoot the winny, will i be ok at 100mg eod or do i need to do 50ed?

Also, I did the same cycle (different brands) you see here except with dbol instead of winny. I used EQ at 400/wk. Do you think thats still enough? I'm not sure the eq did much for me last time. I have enough for 500 or 600 per week if i get enough recommendations.

Lastly, for my first cycle my strength and weight gains both stopped at 8 wks in. If this happens again should I just go ahead and end the cycle or do the extra two weeks to kind of solidify all the gains?
