Today for a better boost I did ECA with 6 hydroxycut pills, I sweated like hell and fucked up my balance so bad I felt dizzy for hours. It was a stupid thing to do but I got my lesson. So if there are bros thinking the same shit please reconsider before doing it.

Hey Bro I did the same shit with Stacker one time. I was use to taking 3 hydroxycuts at the same time and a friend told me to try his stacker. Bro I didn't read the bottle and took 3 at once. It says not to exceed 3 per day. I thought I was going to die. this was while I was a work. Big Mistake! So I know how you felt! lol

LOL maybe its time to lay off for a bit... we must have a strong tolerance built up or something... then again, I do know guys who are extremely sensitive to the stuff... so I suppose just listen to your body.

I am trying to put lean mass so thats why I use ECA 4 times/w before work outs.

it's active ingredient is easy to build a tolerance up to.some brands just work better for some people, I think it is the blend and concentration of the active ingredients.

There is nothing worse than getting that ECA cramp in your foot while your are in bed. Hell I do not do doggie style if I am on high doses of ECAs.Of course I need to drink more water.

Yeah man I did that shit once, it was with those "Stay Awake" caffein sp? pills though. I took 3 of them one night for a party to go to because I was draggin ass. When I got home that night at like 3 I was just lying in my bed with cold sweats. It was terrible.
