    newbie question

    hi guys im new here, great forum lost of information, i was hoping somebody could point me in the right direction. As of yesterday my doctor has perscribed me sustanon 250, he wants mew to take 4 cc a week, my question is, i weigh 275 i have a fat percentage of 20% i am trying to figure out what protein powder i should take i have been taking muscle milk but i am worried that i will get fat off of it . Also how many grams a day, i appologise in advance i am a newbie and new to all of this i also appreciaste and thank in advance for all the help and suggestions Thank you

    your doc wants you to take 1000mg of test a week? Like in 1g a week? I need to meet your doc, that would be an unusually high dose to have prescribed.

    muscle milk will raise ur fat %, just look for a low fat low carb protein shake. personaly i like on whey by gold standard but remeber extra protein is stored as pretty much fat

    thank you, yes my test count is suppost to be at 1170 my blood work came back it is at 450 i was on testosterone enanthate for 10 weeks , whebn i first started my test count was at 150 , my levels are low, my body did not take to the enanthate at 600mg a week so he is giving me 4 cc of sustanon a week now

    I would suggest ON Casein before bed, keeps something in your system so metabolism doesnt slow down while sleeping, plus preserves lean muscle tissue.

    No protein supplement will make you fat as long as your overall calories are controlled.

    Also, if you're on test, I don't think you have to worry SO much about fat gain.

    muscle milk is by far the best tasting protien out there, making it the worst in my opinion.

    I would go with O.N. whey. been using it for years and it taste good to, and hell of a lot more good stuff then muscle millk can ever deliver to you.

    and whos your doctor?

    haha thats how you know something isent good in the supp world, it has to taste bad to work good.

    so just my luck, seems that upjohn does not make sustanon 250 anymore, no legal pharmacies carry suistanon 250 anymore
