So after getting some good advice I have decided to stick with Test-E 500 mg/week for 12 weeks.

I have been training for about 7 years now.

163 lbs
5'6"

I want a really lean rock hard finish. My diet is in check and my training is intense. Should I add Winstrol towards the end of my Test cycle or maybe something else? 5 months until summer... just thinking ahead
