lifting for 4 years
2 previous cycles.. test e 500mg w/ t bol.. sust 750mg w/ deca 450mg & dbol
(about 14 months since last cycle)
work out schedule 3 on 1 off
shoulders, back, bi's
chest, abs, traps
legs, tris's
off
repeat
im planning on running
Tren A weeks 1 - 10..100 mg EOD
Test ? weeks 1 - 14 ..250 mg EOD (is 1000mg to much ? )
D bol week 1- 4 .. 40mg ED
arimidex .25 ED
pct
HCG ... @ half way point and pct
nova
clomid
Diet
1: 8 egg whites and 650 cal 60g shake
2 : i eat out for lunch..sushi most of the time
3: 2 chicken breasts
4 : protein bar & 650 cal 60g shake (pre workout)
5: 650 cal 60g shake w/glutamine (post workout)
6 : 10 oz steak and rice
7: 2 chicken breasts
some times a slow release shake before bed too.. i know its a lot of shakes but its the only way i can up my cals and protein.
my question is what test should i use for this cycle im thinking its either, E, or prop..i hear some people say sust too...so im asking you guys for you opinion ? for this cycle i would like to add another 15 so i can hit the 150 mark..thoughts ??
