ok I am 6ft 185lbs with a 6% bf. I have trained for the past 2 years and I need some help with my up coming cycle please.
I was planning on something like this.
wk 1-5 d-bol 25mg per day
wk 1-8 sust 250 @ 250mg per day
or
wk 1-8 d-bol 25mg per day maybe 30mg?
wk 1-8 sust 250 @ 250mg per week
and of course clomid with both options. I am only going to do 250 a week of sust cus thats all I got and there is no telling when I will find another dealer cus my current one got busted![]()
I also read about doing the d-bol first and then after those 8 weeks running the sust for 8 more for a total of 16 weeks. I am confused on which way to run my stuff? and of course any ideas about gains from either of these would be appreciated also.
