Gyes I wanna plan a lean mass cycle /diet / workout but don’t know where to start
I always stacked test and deca and dianabole or oxy
I want to switch to a long period lean mass cycles and I have no clue where to start
My stats:
254 pounds
6'3"
17 % body fat
Workout 5 days a week 1 muscle group /day
This will be my 4th cycle
My goal is to reach 255_260 pounds but with a body fat of 10_12%
What should I do??
