Hi Im going to bulk on my cycle but iv got abit of excess what i want to use while im building more muscle mass, i know i need to eat the right amount of protein no matter what which would be about 200gs in my case and also have enough carbs and fats for my energy levels, but what if i do extensive amounts of cardio to burn my excess fat will this effect how much muscle i gain??? thanks iv always been abit unsure of this matter as iv always been told you should do one or the other?
