    4th Cycle Opinions

    I am about tos start my 4th Cycle im 22 205lbs 93KG 5ft11" 12%BF,

    I would like some opinins on this course. I am taking dutas and dont intend to stop so I have ruled tren out (although i really wanted to go on I have read it wont have any affect on me because of Dutas) like everyone else I want to Gain Muscle and loose fat but I know its hard to do both at once so I am going to do this stack first as all the cutting stacks seem to use DHT

    Test 450 x1ml e3d for 10 weeks
    200mg Testosteron Enantate,150mg Testosteron Cypionate, 100mg Testosteron Propionate. per 1ml.

    I am looking for something to stack it with thats realivtly cheap and dosnt use DHT with minimal water ret (suggestions would be great)

    I was going to add some fat loss orals like winstrol, T3 n clen but not sure if that will limit my gains from test?

    My Diet

    Meal 1 (7 AM)
    1 cup of dry oats mixed with no-fat milk

    Meal 2 (9 AM)
    Protein Shake with brown toast or fruit

    Meal 3 (12 Noon)
    1 cup of brown rice or Brown pasta mixed with eather tuna makrel or chicken, with fruit or veg

    Meal 4 (3 PM)
    Same as Meal 2

    Meal 5 (6 PM)
    1 cup of brown rice, or medium sized baked potato, or 1 cup of oatmeal
    2 cups of green beans, broccoli or any other desired vegetable
    2 breasts of chicken, turkey, or fish

    Meal 6 (8 PM)
    Same as Meal 2

    Training

    I do 1 muscle group a day 6 days a week
    2 sets of 10 reps and 1set of 8reps

    Carido, 30mins on the Cross trainer 5x a week, although I have only started this 2 weeks ago, starting to see my abs though which is my main final goal

    any suggestion on a cutting cylce without DHT?

    what about EQ? im not sure on the dosage but i hear 600mg a week is good, and i think that if you used the EQ you might want to extend your cycle a little longer, but again im not sure. maybe someone else could chime in... as for your diet, i just have a few suggestions.....with meal one, throw in 3 eggs and three egg whites with a beagal and some jelly, meal two thow in some cottage cheese. meal three looks good to me, if you go with salad make sure and use oil and vinager for dressing,imo, meal four, agian throw in some cottage cheese and maybe some nuts... meal five make sure its a slow acting protien, and add two table spoons of peanut butter and some pinapples..... that should help you out some..... here tonight or tomorrow im going to post a thread in the diet section or training section with that has a new workout and diet plan for adding good mass, it involves three different intinsitys during the bulking period with three different diet plans, each one different for the intisity and weight loads you push will be different.... it seems like a really really good plan, so look for it. later bro

    Nice 1 ill keep a look out for your diet section. I think i will try eq and I will be taking a photo every week so I will post that soon and let you know how i get on, thanks for the help

    eq you have to run atleast 12 wks and keep running the test 2wks after last eq shot dose is fine but if you have never ran it maybe you should try 400mgs a wk then bump it up to 600mgs you can also think about frontloading it

    Tren E? Might be a little pricey but worth it.. I would also take your injections more frequently...


    Some questions for you.. What were your other cycles? Lengths? Compounds, etc.?

    Your diet also looks like it could use some work..

    Try to acheive your protein intake from solids.. not protein shakes.. Id check out the diet section..

    me personally, if I was on that much test I wouldnt need anything else.

    Thats alot of Test 1050mg/week if I am correct. You should get huge. I wouldnt do that much myself.

    How much would you recomend, I really want to use tren but not sure about using it with dutas, whats wrong with protein shakes I got told to take them?

    there is nothing wrong with protein shakes... keep using them, but try and make sure your main source of protein comes from solid food....

    i wouldnt drink more than 3 protein shakes a day and i limit myself to one protein bar a day everything else is food baby the best way to get your protein intake oh and frontloading is when you double your original dose the first wk some do it for the first two but i think the first wk is fine

    ^^^ same here... one when i wake up, one post workout, and one before i go to bed. other than that, its solid food. stake stake stake. my mouth is watering just thinking about one...lol

    Thanks for the help, Ive decided this course will be supertest 450 0.5ml eod and stanzobol tabs, im not sure of the dosage with test, you got any recommendations?

    Ill be keeping a photo diary every week for the next 12 weeks then post it in the member pics section so hopefully u will see the results of ur advice!
