I was going to add some fat loss orals like winstrol, T3 n clen but not sure if that will limit my gains from test?
My Diet
Meal 1 (7 AM)
1 cup of dry oats mixed with no-fat milk
Meal 2 (9 AM)
Protein Shake with brown toast or fruit
Meal 3 (12 Noon)
1 cup of brown rice or Brown pasta mixed with eather tuna makrel or chicken, with fruit or veg
Meal 4 (3 PM)
Same as Meal 2
Meal 5 (6 PM)
1 cup of brown rice, or medium sized baked potato, or 1 cup of oatmeal
2 cups of green beans, broccoli or any other desired vegetable
2 breasts of chicken, turkey, or fish
Meal 6 (8 PM)
Same as Meal 2
Training
I do 1 muscle group a day 6 days a week
2 sets of 10 reps and 1set of 8reps
Carido, 30mins on the Cross trainer 5x a week, although I have only started this 2 weeks ago, starting to see my abs though which is my main final goal
any suggestion on a cutting cylce without DHT?
