Have several questions, and hope you guys can help me?
Been working out for a while (2yrs. and most of my exercisebefore that consited in conditioning for soccer but want to gain weight and strenght):
i'm 32 yrs. 5'9" @ 152lbs. i'm in a good diet lately, gained 15lbs in 2yrs.natural would like to get aroung 180lbs.
1) I take this for 12 weeks and 4 week off, N.O. xplode, cellmass to recover and whey protein shakes 4 times daily i started a cycle which i know is very low sostenon 250 and deca durabolin 50 mg. 1cc week can you guys tell my where i'm wasting my money please? can i take all this together?
I know I need to increase my cycle but I need advice on the other supplements.
2) while on the cycle do you work out every day or let it rest 1 day, and I know this sound stupid but sex every day is o.k.?
