    From my limited knowledge i would say no it dosnt as as fina blocks DHT which is not the same as testosterone but I im not 100% on that

    bro your best bet is to get some topical spiro and xandrox with minoxidil and azleic acid along with some nizoral shampoo. u could use finasteride too but it wont work with some roids like dbol and definately not deca!

    but to answer your question it will work against test by blocking the conversion of test to DHT
