I only have 3 shakes in the day, For the morning I have 7 egg whites and 25 g whey for fast absorption due to just waking up.

I could add 4oz Bison + brown rice pre workout.
EFA's I do take 2 Fish oil caps with breakfast + the fat that is in bison, granted its not om eg as 3 6 or 9.
Third shake is post workout, Id like to keep my fats at about 20%, Currently I do have almonds in my bag 9 of them =170 cal 15g fat 5 carbs 7 protein
I have 1 cheat day and that is after I weigh myself, same day and time every week.
I could swap the bison for chicken breast, the bison has some fat in it, I could drop the bison, add chicken breast, then add almonds or natty peanut butter
I am trying to bulk up before a show in june or july, I have abuot 10 weeks left of bulking.
