    Calorie intake?

    Hi everyone, I've just changed my diet. I was Eating 4 meals a day(cause too busy at work) now I am going to try to eat 6 meals(not including PWO meals and shakes) total calorie intake is 4800-5000(used the perfect beast's food plan). My current weight is 245 lbs, 6.2, 12% body fat with very fast metabolism(not on gear at the moment) I do cardio at night before go to bed and workout(5-6 days per week) around lunch time in between I go to work. I've checked so many calorie calculators but all of them say different. Also did a research and found out that everyone thinks different some say too much some say it's fine. Do you think that this calorie intake would be fine for me.

    well if you have a fast metabolism and you are active all day and are training i dont see why it would be bad whats the worest that happens you might see a lil bloat immediately stop and cut on the cals everyone has a different body and metabolism what might to high for some might be right for you or vice versa. i think your good as long as your food is clean no junk food candies and all that other crap

    perfectbeasts diet plan is spot on....

    aslong as ya as active as him you'll be fine - can always alter it if needed.

    and at 6`2, 245lb and 12% bf im guessin you work out pretty hard!

    you dont say if your trying to bulk or get leaner

    if your trying to bulk then drop the cardio,and as you get bigger you will need to increase your calories to continue to grow
    im presntly 285 at 6'3"..I need to eat every 2 hrs, 8-10 meals a day about 8-10,000 cal a day to get bigger,ive been as big as 302 but honestly cant afford the food to maintain that,im 292 in my avatar pic

    I think that it doesn't matter how big you are specially in weight all it matters is how you look. I've been 280 when was 17 years old but all bloated, juiced, with all of the known side effects of the gear. Now I am all natural and weight rare between 245-255 depends how busy am at work.
