    Mayonaisse!!

    hey guys quick question !!

who here includes mayonaisse in there daily macros as an EFA source?

im currently on a "lean" bulking diet... well... obviously it would be lean, i wouldnt wanna bulk up sloppy and i use mayo in at least 1 of my 6-7 meals of the day

my question is, should i? or should i not? sat. fat is only 1.5g, and the other 8.5 is poly and mono, and it also have 690mg of ***** 3 per serv.!!

so im wondering, do you guys eat mayo when on a bulkin diet? if so why, or if not... why?

just lookin for some opinions and feedback regarding this matter, thanks in advance!!

yea yea!! i eat it qith my chicken as well!!

but hey beast, you say you get it light, thats great in all with the lower in fat, but the sat. fat is still 1.5g, the lowered fat is the good part, the poly and mono, what is your reason in which you want it light? isnt poly and mono good fat to have?

A couple of servings of light mayo a day is just not worth worrying about unless you are a couple of weeeks out from a comp. really relax and enjoy the mayo. I use the light version as i would rather get the added fat cals in the form of nuts or fish oil.

When I use mayo I get the Smart Balance kind. Its loaded with Ala-*****-3's and 6's. But low in saturated fats. Off hand I do not know the numbers. But is formulated for dieting and weight lifting. Its sold in most supermarkets, Wal mart superstores, etc.
