hey guys quick question !!
who here includes mayonaisse in there daily macros as an EFA source?
im currently on a "lean" bulking diet... well... obviously it would be lean, i wouldnt wanna bulk up sloppyand i use mayo in at least 1 of my 6-7 meals of the day
my question is, should i? or should i not? sat. fat is only 1.5g, and the other 8.5 is poly and mono, and it also have 690mg of ***** 3 per serv.!!
so im wondering, do you guys eat mayo when on a bulkin diet? if so why, or if not... why?
just lookin for some opinions and feedback regarding this matter, thanks in advance!!
