Is it 100mg of R-ALA for every 30 grams of carbs you take? Or what?
Also, for the Biotin, whats a good dose?

i have no idea but i like SESAMIN shit works wonders
rala before carb meals is good. krala is better. i read about sesamin having negative impact on testosterone levels.
I do 100mg of R per 50 grams of carbs. Go off on the biotin, its cheap. Like 2000 mcgs per 100mg of R
