Okay.. Here goes, I am 6'3 295 lbs and I have about 28% body fat. I would like to be at around 240 - 255. I need a diet that will help me gain muscle and lose fat. Powerlifting season is almost here and I have to get BF% down.. and for good.. I need a good simple diet.
