Hi folks....done a sus/deca cycle last year got some not bad gains from it and next month im goin to do a test prop /tren/ var cycle...not wantin massive size gains just yet want a mor defined muscle look.....my diet as follows..any advice..criticism lol appreciated....cheers...
7.30....weetabix
9.30...chicken breast and tuna in a wholemeal tortilla wrap.fat free yoghurt.
11.30 protein drink
1.30 same as 9.30 meal + bunch of grapes..
4.30..2 chicken breasts with wholemeal or boiled rice..vegeatables..
6.00 protein drink..
6.30 1-2 hour session in gym mon - fri..
8.30 protein drink...
