I think this answer will help me and a lot of light weights out there, we are here to get educated ourselfs on steroids, and find a safe way to use them.
My question is when is the perfect time to use them?
people tend to say eat more!!gain weight!! but when is enough weight? when you get fat or when you been trainning for 10 yrs.? we all like to know, i mean is always better to take a short cut and get results a lot quicker. if i'm 5'8" 32yrs. and been training for a couple of years, always been active on playing soccer since a kid, when is when?
