So clueless on how to bulk

I am new at all this bulking and lifting stuff. I am 5' 7" 103 lbs (small i know) and I desperatly need to put on some weight. I basically need a diet that my small stomach can handle. To give an example how little I can eat, an omlet (bacon, potatoes, peppers, and onions) with 2 eggs makes me so full I want to puke I have to force it down.

I need some help establishing a diet I can handle, and eventually work my way up after my stomach expands/gets used to it. I am a student and need to find something high in cals and protein during the day.

I have no idea where to even start, everything I read consist of so much food it makes me sick thinking about it.

Please someone help me get on the right track for a good bulking diet.
Btw my BMR is around 1900 I think.

Well bro get yourself some cytogain or muscle milk. Tastes great. Not too filling. Has all the right nutrients, lipids, protein, vitamins/essential amino acids needed to put on size and help increase your appetite. Everywhere has it. You can get it online the cheapest just google muscle milk or cytogain. Put in blender with Ice and a little bit of water enough to blend the concoction up. Drink three times a day in between meals. After a month or so guaranteed you'll gain some lbs. brother.

Also eat your eggs over easy in the morning. Omelettes usually are more filling. So cook your bacon and eggs but eggs over easy. Wont fill you up at all. I could eat like 15 eggs over easy. I usually eat 9 egg whites and 3 over easy. But could easily eat more if i wanted too i just dont for diet reasons. But a four or five egg omelette will fill me up. So thats another suggestion. Also, another thing that doesnt seem to fill me up worth a shit is frozen dinners. Like lean cuisine the kind with no preservatives or regular stouffers in your case. But shit I could probably eat like 5 for one meal.

Awesome that really helps. I'm not the biggest fan of eggs. Omlets are all I really care for, but ill try that. Who said it would be easy?

But, why not just get like whey protein instead?

    ^^^Forget all that.

Bro, start eating everything you can. Eat as much meat, carbs, fats, whatever. Try and eat 6 meals a day or every 2.5-3 hours. Make sure you eat a lot of protein and carbs for for the 1st 2 meals after you workout.

In your case, you dont have to be super picky about the foods that you eat, but try to eat whole clean foods (rice, oatmeal, taters, almonds, flax seed oil, o m e g a s, tuna, fish, eggs, red meat, chicken). Stay away from junk.

Make protein the base of every meal. Eat 500-1000 cals over your maintenance needs, FORGET THE SHAKES they're crap anyway. Also, dont worry about getting a little fat, that issue is easily dealt with. Read up on the bulking stickies!!! Good luck.

    That is helpful thank you.
But regardless I still want to get some kind of protein shake. This is how I am figuring my supplements.

Morning(7am) - 2 scoops of whey with 2 cups of milk (chocolate of course i love chocolate milk)

After 2nd class (10am) - 2 scoops whey with water

Befor last class (1:30pm) - 1 scoop whey with water

Pre workout - muscle milk "shake"

PWO - 2 scoops of whey in milk

These are just for the supplements, nothing to do with what food I am eating.

The eggs over easy was awesome. I ended up being able to put down 4 egg whites. And an omelet with 1 egg 1/3 cup of potatoes onions and 1/3 cup of chedar cheese. Not much to most of you, but pretty good for me and its definatly a start. Sure is a lot better then my normal, 2 bowls of cereal.

Sorry bro, you'll not gain a pound on a liquid diet like that. In fact, you might lose weight. But hey what the hell do I know, gaining 40lbs in 18 months isnt for everyone.

I would knockout all those shakes except 4 your pwo and maybe your first of the day and only reason i say maybe keep first of the day is because sometimes i am in a big rush and i will eat a cup of oatmeal and slam a shake with that 4 breakfast, look up above you a read the stickies and don't get stuck with the thought of if i can just find that right supplement to make me huge, keep supps 2 a minimum and concentrate on your diet and workout program and start a log for both,it will take effort and some sacrifice but you can do it.

I said thats how my supplements/shakes where going to work. I did not add any food AT ALL. Because I am still clueless on how to make a good diet. I'm not going on a liquid diet, i've been eating, meats, eggs, fish, potatoes, nuts every 2.5 - 3 hours.
