This may be a simple yes/no answer, I don't know, but I was curious... during my diet, if I cheat only one meal during a week, should I still be carefull of all the junk in my cheat food? Such as like something from a fast food place, Hamburger, Large fries, and something to drink, would that be ok for my cheat meal, or should I try and tone it down a little?
