Go to the doc. No one here is qualified to properly diagnose these issues.

I've been on gear for three weeks, and last week I came down with a sinus infection. The doc prescribed Zithromax for the infection and I felt better after a couple of days. Got back in the gym and continued my routine (but had to really watch my hydration). Like Drummerboy said, none of us are qualified to diagnose or treat any medical conditions, but this is what happened in my particular case. Good luck bro!

this is what i'd do. contact ur doc again, quit the cycle, take a break for training till i feel better.

i've had a severe cold, all december and most january. im startin to get better not 100% yet. i havent worked out since mid december. i lost a lot of weight too. and apetite.

eat as good as u can, drink plenty of fluids, wash ur hands regularly, get some vitamin supps

i've had sinus issues too. what antibiotic were you on? some don't work for me...best success for me is always with augmentin. but 30 days is long...

also, check out some of the sinus rinse things you can buy OTC. i use one made by NeilMed and add a VERY SMALL amount of hyrodgen peroxide to the mix to help.
