first cycle

hi guys. rite i am about to start my first cycle after lots of research,sust250 500 mg a wk, 250mg mon- 250mg thur for 10wk. jst after some advice on pct. wat would be recomended(nolva or clomid) do i take while on cycle or after?and wat would be recomended dosage? not after ppl telling me to look at an article(read them n still dnt understand thats y im on here asking). JUST AFTER SOME GD ADVICE OFF U GUYS.NOT BEING CHEEKY OR ANYTHING BUT I JUST WANT TO KNOW WAT IV ASKED. IM ONLI A NEWBIE AND STILL LEARNING ABOUT IT ALL SO ADVICE WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED OFF U GUYS. CHEERS
