probably about the same 14-15..
when I was like 16 and first started lifting.. maybe using some useless pro-hormones from GNC etc.. goin from like 140lbs to 165.
lol i used HGH pro-hormone when i first started lifting and my bench went from like 185 to 225 in two weeks time.....i just starting lifting again after a long football season-....everyone bashes the pro-hormone, and probably for good reason, but idk? that was the most i've ever gained strength...in one mouth though i went from 160 (+/- 2lbs) to about 170-171 (+/- 2 lbs)
When i started lifting i gained 15 pounds in 14 days taking nothing only creatine and protien...and eating alot of steak. Tis was also immediatly after i quit smoking, not sure if that has anything to do with it
19 pounds when I was 18 and started eating right then 2 months later did a dbol cycle and gained 24 pounds and kept 19
30lbs in 4 weeks. Going from an endurance sport to lifting. It was after final competition of the season (aka underweight). Alot of that was a persons body getting back to their natural weight.
i gained about 20 pounds naturally in my first month i ever lifted seriously. i was 18.
you can gain tons of weight eating tons of calories about your BMR. Whats the point of this question again?
11lbs from creatine it was the first time I tried it and I was 24.
