    new to steriods

    hi i just ordered Beginner Cycle with Dura-50, Primo, and Thai 25(dainabol)-


    what else should i use wat shouldnt i use
    -i have somethings still in my room that i dont know if i should use with it or after or whenever

    -muscle milk
    -fish oil
    -milk thistle
    -size on(creatine mixture)
    -super pump
    -hyper gain _(have no idea how good it is)by AS research
    -creatine-d2t by biogenetix
    -NO D2T-by biogenetix
    -nitro-tech hardcore bye muscletech
    -mass xxx from gnc



    and is this a kick start or somethign i stay on

    if this is a cycle or kick start is the weight gonna stay and how much

    i am 19 165lbs 6'2 like 8-10% bodyfat ---no matter wat i eat

    have been in the gym on and off for the last 2 years mostly on i have a very fast matabelism




    like i said i am new so any info would be helpful

    Put all this aside and check out this link first before touching steroids. especially at your age, height/weight factor, and your thinking that you cant gain weight no matter what you eat. You WILL NOT gain muscle without eating big on a bulking diet. If you go on these steroids and not having test in it you will experience loss of libido, depression, mood swings, lethargy, etc....First check out the diet section and look at the threads on top for diets. They have everything you need to start bulking naturally as you are very light and have major room for natural improvement. Steroids are not magic beans, they just help by making things go faster and without working out properly and eating properly they will do nothing for you.

    I'll even help you out a bit and show you this link. Scroll through the stickies towards the top of the page on how to officially bulk, so you think your a hardgainer, ETC. and read them. Start eating correctly and after a couple years come back and plan out a cycle.

    Welcome lilc. Did you say you already ordered? If your intent on doing a cycle then spend as much time as you can on this site and ask questions so you don't mess yourself up. Lots of good bros on this site willing to help out.

    ok nice diet but i dont have time for that

    im at work by 630 and get off at 530

    i got 30minutes for lunch and (2) 10 minute breaks
    -i basically jog for ten hours and pick books all day in a factory i sweat all daylong


    i can not eat in the morning for like an hour or so after waking up or i throw it up for somereason

    i eat peanuts sunflowerseeds and drink musclemilk(like 3 at work)all day long with v8 and apple juice

    for lunch i eat subs 4/5 days and pizza on friday

    when i get home i pig out right away mostly all good healthy food also shakes and then go to the gym for 1-2 hours then come home and eat again and again shakes----

    i think wat i am going for is a cycle if someone can explain a cycle and how it works

    or how long i should do a cycle because of weight

    main thing is i am worried about keeping the weight

    Your diet is inferior and that is why you are so skinny. If you run any cycle at all, the gains will be minimal compared to someone who diets properly, and then as soon as the cycle is over within a week or two all the weight you gained will be gone again. I know it's not what you want to hear, but we've been doing this for a long time and we've seen it happen more times than we can count. Good luck.

    Just as IGB stated we've been thru this and are giving you solid advice. If you dont have time to eat then make time. It seems you have WAY too many shake in a day in which your most likely crapping out and why your not gaining weight. You need whole solid foods. You need to eat upon waking because your body is in dire need of food due to it being in a catabolic state from sleeping. How bout 2 shakes a day and somewhere while you CANT eat, grab a protein bar...better than nothing. You have half hour break and 2 10min. breaks? I think you can eat in 10mins, thats plenty of time. the half hour break is plenty to eat as well. in between all the time in the day you can get drink a shake or eat a bar. Like i said its something. Then when you get home, eat a solid meal, workout, then PWO shake, the 2 more solid meals b4 bed. ITs doable. If your not serious about your diet then you arent serious about gainging weight and steroids will only put you on an emotional rollercoaster.

    10lbs is a heck of a lot to keep off of the cycle your doing and without the diet in place IMO wont work. If you want to run the cycle Id get some test otherwise youll be in a world of hurt. As stated before Steroids are not magic beans and you will not grow (even if you do you will loose it) without a solid diet. I have been in this boat and that is why I am giving you this knowledge, its first hand experience bro.

    just spend about 2 hours in hear reading and youll figure it out,,, youll prob gain about 20 pounds from years 20 to 23 through metabolism,, see what side of the family you take after and see how big your uncles are. Thats usually a good sign of your upcoming build

    Research Testosterone Enanthate AFTER you have researched out a proper diet and are willing to put that first before any steroids out there.

    you are not ready for steroids..your diet is terrible..steroids will do nothing for you without a proper diet..you have to figure out how to make time to eat properly..many people on here work full time jobs and still manage to eat properly, myself included..it all comes down to how badly you want it and how motivated and dedicated you are....which it sounds like youre not..learn how to eat..diet is everything in this game..you will just be wasting money if you use steroids at this point

    my dad is 6'0 and mom is 5'7

    i am tallest in my family and my dad was thin till he started drinking i am bigger then he was and i have been at this height for atleast 2 years i think im done growing

    and is 100mg of tribulus terrestris even doing anything?

    Well you shouldnt be juicin yet but im not your mother so if you are gonna do it just run test e or test p 400 to 500mg/wk for 10 to 12 weeks. Get motivated to eat better and learn about proper pct before you get anything. Otherwise your gonna end up with c cups and depressed as shit.
