    Masturbation & taking supplemt & workouts ?

    Just wanted to ask if a guy is working out to gain muscle size & masturbating onces a week , will such activity effect the progress in muscle by any mean ?
    Also using supplements in a proper order , supplements involve AMINO pills , creative monohydrate, prolab weight gainer.

    i agree once a week just isnt enough... even when im not on test, if i don't wack it atleast once a day im walking wit wood all week...

    once ed off cycle, 4or5 times ed on cycle, although I do notice If I have sex or whack it at any time in the day before I go to the gym I will actually lift less not by much but 5-10lbs less an exercise but I do it anyways. lol

    When I started my first cycle I beat off 3-5 times a day until I found a new "friends with benefits". I told her I was doing my first cycle and I was a walking **** machine. Thankfully she didn't mind doing it twice a day (most days).

    Once a week, lol. I'd probably kill myself if I tried to hold off for more then a day.

    I use four amino pills , creative loading and unloading style , one time N large prolab weight gainer

    will this arrangement with diet plan will have gaining fast muscle size

    There could actually be something to this question. i've heard for years that boxers, wrestlers, mma guys won't jack for days before a fight cause it might make them(for a lack of a better word) soft. If it doesn't matter, why do they refrain themselves?

    No. It is only a hindrance to internal training like Qi Gong with mostly Taoist roots.
