whats up, i recently got my hands on some d bols, im 22 years old been working out for about 2 years now, im looken to add 15 20 lbs i hear d bol isnt good to do solo, but then again i hear from other people its fine, im not trying to get bloated looking and i hear thats what d bol does, im pretty new to this acculty im rookie to this so if you guys could give me some advice i would greatly appricate it, and if i do end up doing it how much should i take daily?
