everyone forget about the good old macros the most important thing lol list em
macros( protein carbs cals fats) on another note what is the goal of this cycle and deca should be ran atleast 10wks so that would mean u have to run the test 12 wks a lil longer than the deca. is this ur first cycle ? and i would train ATLEAST 2 or 3 months 4 might even be better
i did a this cycle about 3.5 years ago, but only for 6 weeks. my goal is too bulk up and get some permanent strengh gains.
My job requires me to be on the road alot so there is noe routine in my life, this is the one main worrying factor for me.
