Info needed

Hey there,

Need some info what these are,

White small tablets, one side says ZAFA other side has a divident and the letters M and P.
They apperently came in a press out card but we got them in a zip lock bag. But we saw some left overs of the press out in the bag and something I could read of it would be,
METH (Rest missing)
ZAFA
Pakistan
Karachi
If that helps at all, also i could provide a picture if that helps.
