    Has anyone tried iceman's ALA?

    I was just wondering cause I want to get some but want to get the best ala I can get. thanx

    I have never used ala while on 17 aa but done research and found many suggested dosages, my question is whats the best dosage to take and is it ok to stop ala'a after im done with my 17aa's?

    I've used about 400 of his so far...I just got a bunch more from him as well...No complaints here, seems to work as good as anything else. I take 1,000mg right before each meal...
